Omega-3 essential fatty acid provides 660mg of EPA and 330mg of DHA per capsule, the optimum proportion (2:1). The oil is obtained from wild anchovies by molecular distillation, a method of purification which guarantees a pharmaceutical grade oil free of contaminants.
