Directions:
If you need to raise your omega-3 level quickly or have a health concern, take a full teaspoon a day (5ml).
For a maintenance dose (most adults) take half a teaspoon daily (2.5ml).
For teens (over 12), take half a teaspoon daily (2.5ml).
During pregnancy, take half a teaspoon (2.5ml) daily.
Best taken with meals for better absorption.
