Folate 400 provides folate as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the universally metabolized and biologically active form of folate. Provides 400µg in each vegetarian capsule. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
