An extract called Garum Armoricum® from the fish Molva dypterygia, found in deep waters off the Armorican peninsula of Brittany. It was used by the ancient Celts of Armorica, Ireland, and by the ancient Romans, as a food supplement to aid resilience to physical and emotional stress.

Ingredients: Fish gelatin, Fish Oil, Vegetable Glycerin, Shellac. Contains fish (Blue Ling) and Soybeans (Lecithin). Allergy advice: For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Directions:
As a food supplement, four capsules daily, taken with water preferably on an empty stomach. For best results continue use for 15 days, thereafter two or three capsules every other day or as desired
