After payment, within 1 business day you will receive detailed instructions via email to the address you provided during registration and payment. The email will contain a link to a form that you need to fill out and send via email to info@bowlofgoodness.com.

Also, before the consultation, for any 3 days please record how you eat: what you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner; what you snack on; what and how much you drink. You can keep the diary in any format, please send it along with the form to us via email 2-3 days before the consultation.

Also within 3 business days, your nutritionist will contact you via Telegram to arrange the date and time of your consultation.

The first consultation will last 45 minutes. During the consultation, the nutritionist will ask various questions about your body, nutrition, as well as medications and supplements you take. Please write down the names of all medications or send their photos.

After the first consultation ends, the nutritionist will create an individual action plan, taking into account your problems, lifestyle and financial capabilities. You will receive the plan via email 1.5-2 weeks after the consultation.
